Wedding Cakes

Our main service thus far has been creating custom wedding cakes for wonderful brides and grooms. Your wedding cake is a special and memorable part of your perfect day, so don't settle for generic! Have a chat with us about what we can do to make your cake dreams come true.

We specialise in buttercream creations rather than fondant, but do not hesitate to contact us if you have a request. We also offer gluten free alternatives, so please inform us of any allergies or special dietary requirements.

Prices are variable according to serving quantity, tiers, style and additional decorations. Default starting price for wedding cake is $5 per head. Please provide these details for a quote on your dream cake! We offer both pick up or delivery of your cake (within greater Sydney region)

Macarons

Macarons are the most wonderful delicacy, a favourite here at Tokens of Confection. These sweet french morsels are a special treat, and the perfect way to spoil someone dear to you. They also make a great addition to any dessert spread at a function or party, or wonderful wedding favours!

Macarons are sweet meringue-based almond confections, often complimented with a fruit filling, ganache or custard. We offer a variety of flavours*:

- Fruit: Lemon curd, Raspberry, Passionfruit curd, Strawberry, Blueberry, Caramel Apple...

- Ganache: Chocolate(White, Milk, Dark), Fruit infused (Blackberry, Strawberry, Raspberry...)

- Buttercream: Chocolate, Butterscotch, Caramel, Cookie Butter...

- Other: Pistachio, Snickers, Toblerone, Peanut Butter
